Kent Fernald, Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Fernald joined Court Square Data Group, Inc. as Director of Technology in 2006 was promoted to SeniorVice-President of Technology and Shared Services in 2007 and now serves as the CTO.In this role, he oversees the design and implementation of technology at Court Square.
Kent is a senior information technology (IT) professional with 30+ years IT and project management experience in the software development, financial services, and computer industries. The positions held include business owner, senior IT management, system analyst, and senior software specialist.
Prior to Court Square, Kent, as a business owner, spent 10 years developing and marketing an inventory control application for the exhibit industry. This unique software and hardware package greatly increased the efficiency and effectiveness of the inventory handling process, encouraging best practices.
Kent holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts and a Master of Business Administration from Western New England College.
