Keith Parent- Founder and CEO
Keith Parent founded Court Square Group in January 1995 and has been the companies CEO since that time. Under Keith’s leadership Court Square Group has built a reputation as an industry leader in the Life Sciences industry. With over 35 years of technology and leadership experience in the Life Science industry, Keith has a clear understanding of regulatory challenges and the Good System Practices (GSP) required to maintain a Qualified state for the companies clients.
Keith holds a Master of Science in Computer Science(MSCS) from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Siena College. Keith has been involved in the implementation and maintenance of enterprise level systems across the pre-clinical and clinical organizations of numerous Life Science clients. Under Keith’s direction Court Square has managed over 5000 servers world-wide for their Life Science clients including CTMS systems, Global Submission systems, eCTD systems, FDA Gateways, Adverse Event Reporting systems, as well as numerous Clinical Trial systems and Longitudinal Patient Registry development systems with responsibility for over 100,000+ users in various clinical settings,
As a Co- Founder and Advisor at EmpiraMed, the company has developed a patient engagement software platform called the PRO Portal to capture patient reported outcomes (PRO) to better measure what works and what doesn’t work in the real world. EmpiraMed’s unique rules-based approach completely automates all patient interactions via the web and any mobile device while seamlessly integrating healthcare personnel patient recruitment and follow-up to execute studies or programs in less time, at lower cost, and with greater flexibility.
As a Co- Founder and Partner at RegDocs365, a powerful suite of tools were developed to enable Life Science startup companies and CROs to have tools only available to Fortune 100 clients. By enabling a Life Science Startup kit, RegDocs365 enables clients to have a qualified environment to enable them to submit to the FDA utilizing the DIA EDM and eTMF reference models without having to worry about the regulatory compliance aspects since everything is housed within the CSG ARCC environment. Also the future of clinical trials is taking shape with the CRO Voice and Video Workbench available to utilize off the shelf conferencing tools to capture patient and clinician information while providing a 21 CFR Part 11 wrapper around the gathered data.
Keith has been an consultant to Pfizer Pharmaceutical for over 23 years and has held other leadership positions in the Life Science Industry. He is a regular guest speaker at many Life Science events and a thought leader for companies that are building solutions in the Life Science Industry.
Kevin P. Cotter- Board of Advisors
Kevin Cotter joined the Court Square Group Board of Advisors in 2015 . He is an experienced leader and executive of the computer services industry, specializing in growing professional and managed services organizations from start up to over $100 million dollars in services revenue.
Mr. Cotter has previously served as President of Clearway where he was a finalist for the Microsoft Partner of the Year Award for Cloud Computing, and served as President of Aimnet Solutions prior to its acquisition by Cognizant Technology Solutions.
As Vice President of North American Operations at Predictive Systems, Mr. Cotter was responsible for managing the daily operations of the company including the growth of the sales and consulting organization. The company grew from 80 to 815 billable consultants during that time and successfully executed an IPO with a market valuation of over 1.9 billion dollars.
Prior to Predictive Systems, Mr. Cotter has held various leadership positions at Paranet, GreyPeak and Applications Systems Group.
A graduate of Salem State College with a Bachelor of Business Administration and member of the 1981 hockey team that went to the NCAA championship Mr. Cotter is currently a guest Lecturer at the Bertolon School of Business, Salem State University. Mr. Cotter was a finalist for Inc. Magazine’s “Entrepreneur of the Year” award from Ernst Young and Inc. Magazine
Pamela O Donnell- Controller
Pamela has served as the controller of Court Square Group since July 2010.
Pam is a proven professional with experience in the areas of finance and administration, operations, human resources, training and development. She is a high energy results orientated individual with excellent leadership skills.
Prior to Court Square Group, Pamela was the Vice President of Finance and Administration for Northeast Learning Centers from 1996-2008. Pamela has served in previous leadership positions in companies that have experienced exponential growth and success.
Pam holds an MBA from Western New England College, a Masters in Education from American International College, and a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Massachusetts.
John Glasser - Executive Director of Service Delivery
John Glasser joined Court Square Group in March 2018. He is a dynamic leader with focused and innovative approaches to meeting business objectives. He is passionate about understanding his customer’s needs and challenges in order to deliver world-class services.
John previously served as a Partner with DXC where he was responsible for leading a consulting practice delivering Information Technology services to manufacturers in the Aerospace & Defense and Automotive sectors. John has been involved in the design and implementation of many different types of enterprise level systems. As a Partner, John has been deeply involved in all facets of client service management, from pre-sales and sales to service delivery and post-delivery support.
John holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technologies (BSEET) from University of Hartford.
Mary Sullivan - Executive Director of Business Development
Mary joined Court Square Group in August of 2018. She comes with 6 years of experience working with CSG in a vendor partner capacity specific to their managed services with support for qualified and validated life science solutions.
Mary is an enterprise sales professional with over 25 years of experience delivering business value to executives with projects involving business intelligence, data integration, regulatory compliance, quality document management, and change management. She has worked across multiple industry verticals although for the past 8 years her focus has been on Life Science client needs.
Prior to joining CSG she worked for Dassault Systèmes BIOVIA, the Life Science Brand, assisting companies in accelerating products from discovery to commercialization. She focused on scientific solutions to enhance collaboration, model and simulate new materials for speed and cost, unify lab operations, and digitally transform organizations to improve process operations. In other software and services companies prior to Dassault Mary gained extensive experience working with early stage companies understanding their unique business challenges.
Mary has a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA and an MBA in Operations Research from University of Pittsburgh. IBM hired her into their management training program upon completion of her education.
