Court Square uses proven methodologies to approach every project engagement, regardless of company size or project length. Each project is conducted using Project Management Institute (PMI) protocols that ensure completion is on time and on budget. The end result of every project is a transfer of knowledge to the client. A number of Court Square consultants are Project Management Professional (PMP) certified and all members of the project management office (PMO) are PMP certified or are in process of obtaining certification.
All projects begin with Court Square’s CAPE methodology -Capture, Assess, Plan, Execute. This approach increases the consistency of delivery and maintains focus on the project scope. Every project Court Square undertakes adheres to a plan that ensures minimal disruption to your business.
Project Management Services
The PMO is closely involved in all Court Square services. Project Managers may lead a team of Court Square consultants, client representatives or a combination of the two. Examples of services include
• Life Sciences projects (including application package selection and implementation)
• Technology project management
• General project management support
The Court Square PMO can also work with a client to develop a PMO within their own organization. Court Square will identify resources within an organization or help recruit outside skills. We develop a plan with the client for the creation of processes, training and overall project methodology. The result is a disciplined approach to every project at the client’s site with a trained staff in project management best practices.
Some companies recognize the need for project management but prefer not to maintain a PMO of their own. Court Square’s PMO approach is also available as an on-going managed service.
